Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right

If you receive an item that is an error, defective, or flawed, please contact us and describe the issue along with photos. We'll provide a pre-paid label. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving. Upon inspection, we'll have a replacement put into production and shipped to you.

Gift cards are non-returnable

Gift cards are an additional non-returnable item.

Returns must be in original, unused condition

If the item has been exposed to smoke, perfumes, detergents, animals, or has a smell, the return will not be accepted.

Washed items are not eligible for return

Items that have been washed will not be eligible for return — no exceptions.

Custom orders are not returnable

Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Orders can't be canceled after placing

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.

No returns due to color

Slight color variation is part of the handcrafted nature of our products.

30-day repair window for defects

We'll repair manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds & Exchanges

The fine print

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items can't be refunded

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (defective or damaged only)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@thehandmadeheifer.com and send your item to:
